Haunted High Street
Admission to this event is FREE (small fee to play in the carnival).
Haunted High Street is full of fun activities for all ages!
The carnival is suitable for children ages 3-10, and features 8 Halloween-themed carnival games, a prize booth, and attractions including bounce houses, giant slide, and a trackless train. The Carnival will be held in the North Metrolink parking lot, and is open from
4:30-7:00 p.m. (Admission sales stop at 6:45 p.m.)
Each child must have purchased a ticket which will be exchanged for a wristband to enter the carnival. All children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian (note: adults do not need a wristband).

from October 1 through October 30
for $5 per child
Please note: Parents do not need tickets.
All sales are final, fees are non-refundable.
Tickets at the gate on 10/31 are $10
(cash only onsite)
Trunk-or-Treat:
We will have dozens of opportunities for children to collect Halloween candy, so bring your baskets & pillowcases! Our Trunk-or-Treat features decorated vehicles full of candy and small prizes from our awesome local businesses!

Costume Contest:
Dress in your Halloween best for the chance to win awesome prizes in our costume contests! The contest starts promptly at 6:00 p.m. at the north Metrolink Lot.
We’ll have awards and prizes for the following categories:
-Kids (ages 0-10)
-Tweens & Teens (ages 11-17)
– Adults (ages 18+)
-Family / Group (all ages)
Pumpkin Patch:
The Moorpark City Library will host our pumpkin patch which includes pumpkin decorating, arts & crafts, and awesome info for Library events and programs!
Event Site:
High Street will be closed to traffic from 12:00 – 10:00 p.m. on Friday, 10/31/25. The North Metrolink lot (300 E. High Street) will be closed from 9:00 p.m. on 10/30 until 10:00 p.m. on 10/31.
Event parking is available at the South Metrolink lot, U.S. Post Office, Moorpark Library & Community Center, and on surrounding streets as observed on street signs.
