Mom Walk Meets Nutrition & Fitness
Excited to walk with you!
This walk is sponsored by mother of two, personal trainer, and holistic nutritionist, Diana Dunlea. She will be sharing about the positive effects of working out and moving the body, meeting protein needs and how much you should actually consume, and the why/how you should remove seed oils and artificial dyes in your kitchen — especially for your children.
MEET SPOT: Walking Path Near Restrooms (beside Softball Field #2)
We will enjoy the walking path together for 15 to 25 minutes. You are encouraged to take a break at any time. After the walk, we will go to the playground for play time and mom talks. For the meet-up timeline, please check our social media within 24 hours of the meet time.
Please wear appropriate clothing and shoes and bring sun care along with water for your children and yourself.
