Fondamental Parkour

Ages: 6 – 8 years, 9 – 13 years, 13+ years

Our Fondamental Parkour class is designed for students showing an interest in overcoming obstacles through the use of speed, tricks and stunts. Certified instructors work with students ages 6 and up to train on moving from one point to another in a fluid motion applying vaulting, rolling, climbing, jumping, and landing. Class will focus on speed, strength, agility, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Students will learn appropriate terminology as they introduce foundational basic movements necessary for the art of traversing. Classes follow a curriculum including a warmup, stretching, obstacle courses, and a conditioning sequence. Instructors will facilitate a safe learning environment while incorporating technique

Intermediare Parkour

Our Intermediare class is offered to students ages 6 and up by recommendation and approval of the instructor only. Students will be introduced to new intermediate parkour skills. Instructors will work with students on more challenging skills relating to vault, spinning tricks, precision jumps, flips, handstands, head stands, cartwheels and round offs. Classes follow a curriculum including a warmup, stretching, obstacle courses, and a conditioning sequence. Instructors will facilitate a safe learning environment while incorporating technique.

Avance Parkour

Our Avance class is offered to students by recommendation and approval of the instructor only. Students will be introduced to new advanced parkour skills. Instructors will work hand in hand with students on more challenging skills such as mastering flips on the ground, bar tricks, and ground moves. Classes follow a curriculum including a warmup, stretching, obstacle courses, and a conditioning sequence. Instructors will facilitate a safe learning environment while incorporating technique.
