We are now offering a new type of mommy & me class, it’s called “Coffee & Crawlerz! And it’s FREE!! 🤩 Ages: 4 – 12 months. This relaxed, social class gives moms a chance to connect with other parents while introducing their little ones to movement and exploration in a safe, padded environment.

Recreational Gymnastics

A continuous program based on movement & education that
advances students based on the skills they build.

Ages: 5 – 11

Beginner Gymnastics: Ages 5 – 11

Intermediate Gymnastics: Ages 5-11

Sensory Gymnastics Classes

Students will have the opportunity to explore gymnastics at their own pace in a truly inclusive environment

Ages: 3 – 11

Adaptive Gymnastics 1: Age: 3 – 6 Years (Guardian Required)

Adaptive Gymnastics 2: Age: 7 – 11 Years (Guardian Required)

Open Gym

Open Gym is extra, loosely guided, time for gymnasts and ninjas to try stuff they wanted to try and to perfect the stuff they have been working on. There is no real 1 on 1 coach attention but open gym is supervised by coaches to adhere to safety and proper usage of gym equipment. Open gym is also useful for parents/guardians with intermittent schedule challenges but who also want their gymnast to continue to build core gymnastic strength and confidence. Open gym is available to non members as well in case a gymnast wants to bring a friend. All Open Gym attendees parent/guardians must submit the GymKidz waiver upon enrollment.
